Magic Cloud

Bring inanimate objects to life! This is a multipurpose resource with so much potential for educational, rehabilitation and activities in care homes!

It is client-centred, useful for all ages and abilities and fully adaptable, from the objects used to the information that you decide to "attach" to it!

Attach a tag to a chosen object, place it onto the Magic Cloud which instantly plays video, sound, or pictures, diagrams, chosen by you! Record your own sounds (music, rhymes, spoken words etc.), play video footage, show photos or diagrams etc.

Great for oral motor work, practicing articulation or learning languages. Can be used to reinforce teaching goals such as object-recognition, matching, language concepts, association, understanding cause and effect etc. Support sensory work by varying textures, scents or the temperature of "tagged objects" or work on fine motor skills by altering the weight, size, shape to encourage use of different grips or improve muscle strength etc. Use for reminiscence activities by using appropriate "tagged" material and playing appropriate content.

A media library is included and you can easily add your own files. Includes cloud, software CD and 30 ‘tags’. Laptop not included.

You will also need a Windows Computer (XP, 7, Vista, or Windows 8 or 10). To use the video clip feature, you will also need a webcam. No internet connection is required, just a USB port.
