Returning Customers - A Note About Your Password

We welcome our returning customers to the new Rompa® website. Our product range and focus remain the same but the underlying software that powers our website has changed.

We have transferred the majority of your customer details across to our new platform but we are unable to transfer your password. This means that you will need to create a new password on our site to log into your account.

Creating a new password couldn’t be simpler:

  1. Click on the “Create your new password” box on the homepage of our site.
  2. Enter your email address into the “Reset Password” screen.
  3. We will send you an email with your new password.

You can then login to our site to access your account and change the password to something more memorable.
