Returns Policy

As a Consumer, as define by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel and return items within 30 days of you receiving your order.

Please note that some products are non-returnable and are marked with this icon in the catalogue.

Please contact us for a return authorisation reference. Do not return a product without a return authorisation reference.

Please take extra care when viewing your products as goods must be returned in pristine condition, unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Where goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition an amount may be deducted from the refund to reflect the amount by which the value of the product has been reduced.

If you are not a Consumer, Rompa® reserves the right to apply a 15% re-stocking fee.

All postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. We do not offer a pre-paid return service. We recommend that you return your products on a signed for service - Rompa cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels sent by the customer.

If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, please contact us on 01246 211777. Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and missing items within 7 days from the date on your invoice.
