The latter is upright and in a more comfortable and able position for a better assessment of overall activity. Slips on easily without buckles or adjustments. Can be held very loosely or tightly, depending on the insecurity of the child. The therapist simply pulls on the harness to improve and even control the balance of the client. Ball to be purchased separately. One size (child).
