We will be closed over Christmas and New Year
During the festive period we will be closed from 4:30 pm on the 23rd of December until the 4th of January. During this period the office, production and warehouse will all be closed. This means that no orders will be processed, manufactured items will not be made and orders will not be shipped during this period.
You can still place orders through our website but...
If you place an order on our website while we are closed this order will not be processed until we open again in January. Online orders taken during this period will be processed in the order they were received, i.e. the oldest orders will be processed first. As you can imagine this period of shut down creates a backlog in our system and means that processing your order could take longer than normal.
Manufactured Items
If you have ordered an item that needs to be manufactured during the shut down period, production will not begin making this item until we open in January. Based on volumes received you may wait longer than the 28 days quoted on our product pages to receive your item.
We see the festive period as an opportunity for all areas of our business to take a well-deserved break after a year of hard work. We understand that this may be inconvenient, but we hope you appreciate our efforts to balance the needs of the business with the needs of our employees. We'll be back in January rested, refreshed and raring to go.
