This set of 35 circular cards present 10 basic emotions: fear, anger, disgust, sadness, guilt, surprise, curiosity, self-confidence, admiration and happiness.

These versatile resources have an accompanying downloadable guidance document, filled with activities for use such as helping users name emotions, classify them, put in order according to intensity, and ultimately develop necessary skills for recognition, self awareness and regulation. Based on the Cognitive Model of Emotional Intelligence developed by Mayer and Salovey (1997) and the Mindful Emotional Attachment Model (VEC) of Roberto Aguado.
