Eye-Com Communication Board Overlays (set of 5)

Enable non-speaking individuals to communicate, have choice and control using these practical overlays for the Eye Com Board (item code 51437).

These five different overlays are clipped easily to the Eye-Com Board. Each can be easily changed and personalised with unique layouts of images, drawings, letters, stickers or words or themed to specific activities, needs or to support conversation with family members or staff. These can be useful to assess cognitive functioning of the client or meet specific needs or goals.

Transparent Standard Overlays are useful in that they can be prepared beforehand, facilitate quick changes to be made to help communication flow and enable more card/image options. These facilitate varied conversations and support activities, making the resource versatile and enabling individuals to make choices and convey needs. These overlays can be themed, perhaps to activities of daily living, for example, washing/dressing to indicate choice of clothes, colours, needs etc.

Overlays are made of transparent vinyl and are custom made to fit the Eye-Com Board.
