We aim to help as many people as possible across a wide range of circumstances, backgrounds and industries.

Every one of our customers is different and has a diverse range of needs, desires and outcomes. One key skill we have developed over the years has been to remain flexible to suit; however there are core values from which we do not waiver;

We listen - you know what you want to achieve from your sensory room and only by listening can we meet and exceed your expectations.

We manufacture and supply- because multi sensory environments depend on reliable sensory equipment that will stand the test of time.

We are always learning - feedback from industry professionals and front line care givers is key to improving our products and services.

We care - because we know the positive impact a well designed sensory room can have on all who use it.

"Please thank your whole team for interpreting exactly what we wanted and turning it into a really special resource"

We listen...

All our sensory rooms start with a consultation with the key people involved in your project. This is a time where we can listen and learn about you and your needs so that we can provide you with the right equipment to create a bespoke environment.

Our aspiration is to become more than an equipment provider, we want to be an integral part of your project and make sure that you have the correct resources to achieve your goals.

"Your room is as individual as the people who use it; this is why we take the time to understand your needs beforehand."

We manufacture and supply...

Quality control is a phrase which is sometimes used too easily, without people truly understanding what the ramifications of poor quality can be.

From our experience, we know that some of the challenging behaviours that our customers face can put them and others in real danger of harm. It is everyone’s responsibility to make sure this doesn’t happen.

We are proud that we have an immaculate record of safety in the environments we have installed and believe this is no coincidence. A big thank you to our customers and advisors who have worked alongside us to ensure that everything we supply is fit for purpose and safe.

"All Rompa products need to be quality, safe, long lasting and fit for use. Our number one goal in manufacturing is to make this a reality for our customers."

We are always learning...

Rompa has a wealth of experience in designing and installing key projects and we know that we are good at what we do. However we are aware that we do not have all the answers.

This is why we work with other likeminded individuals, organisations and charities who share our vision and passion to make things better. Their knowledge and expertise is fundamental to our work both in research, development, intervention and implementation.

We care...

Every team member at Rompa has been to visit a customer on more than one occasion. Not because they have to, but because they want to. Why? Because they care about what they do and how it will benefit our customers.

With this culture running through our company, it is easy to project externally. Yes, we are a commercial company and yes, we do have to make money, but never at the detriment of our customer. Long term relationships are the foundations of our business and why we will always be on hand to help where we can.
