Daily Routine & Getting Ready

Mastering ADLs (Activities of Daily Living e.g. getting dressed) is very important for gaining independence, functioning successfully and thriving in society.

Acquiring such skills can be especially challenging for those with ASD - impaired fine motor skills, sensory sensitivities and difficulties in social situations combine to form significant challenges.  These resource can help individuals to acquire those skills.

When these everyday challenges become too much, and stimulation becomes overwhelming, we also have lots of products that provide safe havens, retreats and hideaways.
