Autism Awareness Month

At ROMPA® and Winslow® we're delighted to see the on-going and increasing efforts of World Autism Awareness Week and Month in promoting awareness of Autism both nationally and globally.

We believe that it is essential that individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder receive the right support and have access to the best resources available.  It is great to see attention drawn to the issues faced daily by those on this spectrum, as well as growing acceptance and inclusion in many facets of society.

In line with our ethos and mission since our inception, we agree that all individuals, regardless of ability (and age, gender and background), should have opportunities to achieve the highest possible quality of life.  We continue to work with well-respected organisations and to embrace every opportunity to learn more about ASD and to improve in doing so.

For some time we have worked with various football clubs to become more accessible to those with sensory processing difficulties, and we are currently also involved in exciting projects with numerous shopping centres to make these accessible to those with ASD.

At the same time we are working with several major UK airports to make travel less stressful for everyone, including those with hidden disabilities.  Furthermore, we are constantly striving to offer a comprehensive range of accessible, purposeful and useful resources to help everyone, in everyday life.

We have collated just a few of them here to give an overview of some of the ways in which ROMPA® and Winslow® can help you to obtain the products you need and want.
